To qualify for a return or exchange:
Jewelry must be in original, unworn condition
All tags, packaging, and certificates must be included
Proof of purchase is required
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Engraved pieces
Final sale or promotional items
Gift cards
Initiate a return request through the website.
Follow the return instructions provided after approval.
Pack the jewelry securely with all original packaging.
Ship the item back using the instructed carrier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Exchanges are shipped once the returned item is received and approved.
We encourage reusing original packaging for returns whenever possible. Items that cannot be restocked are responsibly recycled to help reduce waste.
